As of January 1, 2012, all volunteers must attend a volunteer training session and be resigned off as trained prior to volunteering at an OtherHalf stem cell donor registration drive. OneMatch has recently changed some of their procedures for registration, hence why volunteers have to be retrained. The following documents are for volunteers who have been signed off since January 1, 2012 to refresh their memory.
